Since its foundation in the early 80s, the Beaver Racing Team at Oregon State University can look back at a long history. Through this long-lasting experience and with the necessary time given to evolve, the team could already celebrate some results in the past. Only in the last year, the team reached ten times the first place, including the Fuel Economy Award in California, the Lightweight Best Concept Award at Hockenheim and the award for best Business Presentation in Austria.
