As a result of the collaboration, GFR 2011 sponsors will receive broad international exposure. The team plans to compete in four competitions with the cCar between the U.S. and Europe. The eCar will participate in two events in Europe. Most importantly, the donations go beyond monetary value.
By supporting GFR, sponsors are supporting a unique and exciting student project that reflects the current professional movement toward global collaboration.
Sponsorships vary in magnitude and type of donation, from free and discounted parts to monetary donations of several hundred to several thousand dollars. Depending on the donation amount, supporting sponsors get their associating company logos on group merchandise, signage at events, and also on the 2011 vehicles permanently.
In addition, supporting the group gives sponsors the opportunity to connect with outgoing engineering students with various backgrounds, all of whom are very talented and highly skilled, not to mention ready for work!
